5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 You have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging.

6. Warranty and Liability

6.1 All used products, also referred to as Green Products, come with a 1-year or 10,000 km warranty, whichever comes first. Please note these products will show signs of day-to-day use and cannot be expected to perform to the same standard as new products. This is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the "Warranty Terms" section.

6.2 All reconditioned products come with a 1-year or 20,000 km warranty, whichever comes first . This is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the "Warranty Terms" section.

6.3 All new products come with a 2-year or 40,000 km warranty, whichever comes first. This is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the "Warranty Terms" section.

6.4 Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.

6.5 We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
